Innerleithen, located in the southeastern part of Scotland, is a small town in the Scottish Borders region, situated at the confluence of the Tweed and Leithen rivers. In the late 1900s, the textile industry flourished, and it prospered as a vibrant town. This is the brand, MIRRay AbbaN, woven there. The body is relatively slim, so it's convenient to wear under a cardigan or jacket. This sweater has a gentle atmosphere with light beige and off-white accents on the off-the-shoulder and cuffs. I purchased it at Ginza Wako about 40 years ago, and as far as I remember, I've worn it only once or twice. When I bought it, I was told it was from a long-established Scottish cashmere manufacturer. After cleaning, I stored it carefully with the intention of wearing it again, so I think there is little damage.
