The outer material is a thin polyester with a matte sheen. The lining is mesh. It's great as a light outer layer for spring and autumn, and can also be worn in winter with layers underneath. Due to its less-than-ideal condition, it is priced very affordably. Therefore, the original waterproof/windproof function is compromised. There is fraying on the cuffs, etc. There is overall signs of wear, and some fading in places. The drawcords are stretched (but still usable). It shows a history of heavy use by previous owners. While the condition is not good, there is no critical damage, and it is in a condition where you can enjoy the flavor of a well-worn vintage item. Cleaned.
