These are GEOX short boots I purchased in Europe. The size is indicated as 38 24, but they fit me perfectly, and I usually wear a 24.5 cm size. I suspect the 24 refers to the European size. I think these boots would fit someone who wears a 24 cm to 24.5 cm size.
