Zip Stevenson established HTC (HOLLYWOOD TRADING COMPANY) in 2000. Zip Stevenson is a famous vintage collector and dealer. Studded belts were produced in the 1930s to 1950s. These items are now rare, with only about a few dozen available in the market each year. In 1994, after becoming independent, the owner, ZIP STEVENSON, encountered studded belts, which he considered the best match for denim, through buying trips across the United States. However, he couldn't obtain enough of them to meet the demands of his customers in terms of size, quantity, and condition. So, he started hammering studs based on the tools and jewelry used at the time, and after a year, he finished a belt with a handmade feel that satisfied him and made him forget the 70 years that had passed. This was the start of ZIP and the belts. Five years later, in 2000, HOLLYWOOD TRADING COMPANY (HTC) was established, and it has become a belt brand loved worldwide.
