This is an Arnette Threat. In '97, when the logo changed from the old one to the new one, I fell in love with them at first sight when I saw a New Zealander pipe digger wearing them at the ski resort where I worked part-time, and I bought them. They look delicate, but their toughness is such that they don't budge even if you fly out of the pipe and get buried in the snow, as you can see from their current condition. They were incredibly useful for night skiing and when riding my MTB. They're practically vintage now. No accessories are included.
