Purchased at a Louis Vuitton boutique inside a department store. My memory is hazy, but I believe this is a Valentine's Day limited edition from 2014. It's a heart-shaped coin case with a chain, which I only used a few times as a charm and then stored in the closet for a long time. I haven't used it as a coin case, so the inside is clean and spotless. The zipper opens and closes without any problems. There is a stain on one side of the surface (please check photo 5). There is some cloudiness on the metal part of the zipper pull (photo 6). Please understand that this is a used item.
