I was able to confirm that the needle moves up and down by turning the pulley. The pulley lever screw is broken. (See photo) It's old, so there is rust and paint剥がれ (peeling). It has been cleaned simply. Please look at the photos carefully before purchasing. Manufacturer and model number are unknown.
