The material used is a plain-woven weather cloth made of 100% cotton. Weather cloth was originally developed for military use and was used for military coats. Generally, it is a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton woven at high density, but "Kinloch Anderson" has finished it with 100% cotton weather cloth.
