This is an ATEX pillow. Retail price: 11,000 yen Suitable for straight neck, stiff shoulders, cervical spine issues, etc. No instruction manual included. There are no issues with use, but there is some staining (a little foundation) (see images 4 and 5). It won't come into contact with your skin if you use a cover.
