This is a GRL frill neck ribbon shiny blouse. I wore it once, but the fabric with glitter didn't suit my sensitive skin, so I'm selling it. There's a faint black stain if you look closely. I think it's fine when wearing it, but please refrain from purchasing if you're concerned. Also, the tag is noticeable, so I've cut it off.
