I made a pair of mompe pants from vintage boro fabric. Among the boro fabric I acquired, there was some that had been taken apart from old mompe pants. They were torn, frayed, and otherwise damaged, and I wanted to restore them, so I finished them. They are reinforced with different fabric and sashiko stitching. The color combination is wonderful.
