This is a long scissor from the high-end scissor makers, Naruto and Heinetta, with "Z.PAT." written on it. It's a long scissor, slightly shorter than 7 inches, but the balance is superb, giving the impression that it can handle both barber-style and hairdresser-style cuts at a high level. The feel and sharpness are in excellent condition. For reference, it cuts tissue very sharply and cleanly without snagging. I had it sharpened, so you should be able to use it right away, but if you are particular about the sharpness, please sharpen and adjust it yourself before use.
