I do not offer to sell the bonus items only. The bonus items are included in the same condition as when I received them. I have not made any copies. Also, I strictly refuse to sell to anyone who is selling copies of the bonus items (including as extras). Shipping is done in batches, so it may take some time depending on when you purchase. I use materials I have at home (some reused) for packaging, and I will put them in an envelope with water protection. There are no smokers or pets in the household.
