Thank you for viewing. This is a TOPEAK carrier base for road and cross bikes. I'm getting rid of the bike itself, so I no longer have a use for it. If anyone finds this useful, please consider it. The appearance is as shown in the photos, and the clamps are smooth with no areas of concern. I only used it occasionally, and I would secure my luggage with rubber bands instead of buying a dedicated bag.
