This is a heko obi (soft obi) for a child's yukata. It has an elegant design with plenty of shibori (tie-dye). It should have had bells and tassels on both ends, but one is missing. I don't think it will be noticeable once it's tied. I remember buying it at a kimono shop somewhere, and it should have been a fairly expensive heko obi. - Color: Pink - Design: Shibori (tie-dye) - Decoration: Red tassel and bell - Material: Polyester?
