This is a wooden tub. It is bound with iron hoops. While the original use and era cannot be determined, the degree of wood decay suggests it is quite old. It has a metal insert, so it can be used as a flower vase by placing a kenzan (flower frog) inside, or by using a bottle as a vase. The size is approximately 14 cm in height and 15.5 cm in diameter at the mouth.
