The official name seems to be "Chibi Maruko-chan Kurukuru Frame". Maruko-chan's face spins around, which is cute. It has been stored unused in its original box. It's unused and in very good condition for an old item, but the outer box shows signs of aging, with a crease on the left and a slight tear (see photos 3 and 4). Also, there is some rust on the rotating axis of Maruko-chan (see photos 5 and 6). Please understand that this is an old item.
