The TONE-BURST is a pedal with a transparent gain characteristic, belonging to the clean boost category. Not only that, it's a versatile pedal with enough gain to boost beyond the clipping point, allowing you to effectively boost, drive, and EQ with any guitar and amplifier combination. With the TONE-BURST, you can boost a guitar with single-coil pickups to get a humbucker-like sound, or achieve a delicate overdrive that you can't get with conventional pedals. It's a convenient and expressive pedal that further refines the best sound. Designed and handmade in Petaluma, California, USA. True bypass switch: When not in use, it bypasses the entire circuit, so there is no effect on the sound. GAIN: You can adjust the gain to the optimal level, from classic style to modern high gain. LEVEL: The master level control allows you to adjust the boost amount up to +20dB. BASS & TREBLE: By boosting or cutting the high and low frequencies within a range of +/- 12dB each, you can create a detailed sound. ON/OFF is indicated by an LED lamp. Power can be supplied by a 9V battery or by connecting a commercially available AC adapter to the external power jack.
