This is S.M.H. No. 14, published in April 1999. I purchased it at a bookstore when it was first released. I have looked through it many times since then, and used it as a reference for work, so the condition is not good. The cover has discoloration from sun exposure on the left side, as well as wrinkles, stains and smudges that cannot be removed by wiping with ethanol, and discoloration of the paper due to aging.
