This edition was produced by Nihon Geijutsu Shuppansha, who published such underground publications in a private edition style. It was issued under the supervision of Kazuhiko Fukuda, a leading figure in this field. Published in 1985, 40 years ago. Nowadays, it's common for such printed materials to be published without black bars or blurring of the genitals. However, at the time, it was still common to use such corrections, making this a very rare item for its time, as it was published without any modifications. It is a Japanese book bound with thread and stored in a luxurious cloth-covered case.
