This is a dreamcatcher. Dreamcatchers are Native American talismans believed to catch bad dreams in their web, allowing only good dreams to pass through. They are also said to ward off evil. I had it hanging in my car for a while, but I'm now putting it up for sale! It's heart-shaped and cute!
