On average, I used it about once a week. I was using it until recently, so I believe it works without any problems. I am selling it because my room has become cramped. Please note that this is a used item and may have some water stains and coffee grounds attached. The "water hardness checker" is missing as an accessory. You will need to check the water hardness during the initial setup, so please obtain one separately. Also, since I don't have the original box, I will pack it myself for shipping.
