I made a custom pickup for a wood bass using a used EMG. This is the last one. For installation on the wood bass, I used tie-wraps (cable ties) to avoid damaging the fingerboard with screws or clamps. Using screws can damage the fingerboard like my wood bass (images 4 and 5), and clamping can cause it to slip during performance... The microphone also picks up the clicking sound of slap bass well. EMG = Naturally active, 1 Vol, 1 Tone (9V battery) Microphone = Passive, 1 Vol, 1 Tone The dice for the knobs are shown in image 3. Solid colors (red, blue, yellow, green, white, pink, purple, orange, brown, black) Clear colors (red, blue, yellow, green) You can choose your favorite color. *MIX is not possible, the hole will be processed on the 1 side.
