This is a set of GDAE strings. They were strung for about six months, so there is some wear and tear, but it doesn't affect their use. ■Features Among the Gut-a-Like string series, these strings, along with the black ones, are particularly tuned to have a tension and tone similar to gut strings. They are suitable for pizzicato and slap playing, and the structured three-dimensional processing of the string surface makes them very compatible with the bow for arco playing. The Gut-a-Like series, as the name suggests, is based on the concept of the sound and feel of gut strings. These "Handmade in Germany" strings, while made of nylon, produce a very warm sound unique to gut strings.
