The mechanism is in good condition, with little deterioration of internal springs, and functions properly. I received this well-maintained reel from an acquaintance when I was looking for a normal gear + centrifugal brake + left-handed + around 150g reel. I used it for lures around 7g, with 12lb or 10lb line spooled about 40-50m. Before listing, I greased the main and pinion gears with Shimano's genuine grease ACE-2. The reeling feels smooth, and I don't feel any roughness, but this is just my personal opinion. The exterior and interior don't show signs of heavy use, and I think it's in good condition for a used item. I replaced the original handle with one from the 16 Aldebaran because the original one looked too old. I have discarded the original handle. The knobs are original and not sticky. Everything in the images is included. Please remove the ZPI sticker if you don't need it. There are no scratches under the sticker. This is a masterpiece reel, and many of those available are heavily used and worn out, but this one is in quite good condition, so please consider it if you are looking for one.
