I bought this from an antique shop about 20 years ago. I was told it's from the 70s. It's flocked and has a bobblehead, making it a very cute figure. I don't know the maker or designer, but I was impressed by the adorable proportions, the round eyes, and the expression of the cat's unique charm in its hands, feet, and bottom. There are some bald spots on the tips of the ears, tail, and other parts of the body.
