I purchased this a few years ago at a Marimekko store in Japan. I haven't worn it, only tried it on, so it's unused, but I have washed it with Emal detergent occasionally each season. It has a slightly fuzzy texture. The cut-out part comes to the back of the neck, and you can fasten the front panels in the center, or fasten only one side. You might also be able to wrap it around a child like a baby carrier. The sleeves aren't connected, so you could find a way to fasten them, or use it as a blanket. There is no tag, but it appears to be a wool blend. The material occasionally has very fine fibers mixed in. It's a bit heavy. Please note that there may be some fold wrinkles.
