It's a mount adapter that allows you to attach Leica M-mount lenses to Nikon Z-mount bodies. It cost around 30,000 yen at the time of purchase. I bought it, but I never ended up using it, so I'm selling it. It's unused, but please understand that it has been in someone's possession before purchasing.
