This is a Saint James ivory and red cut-and-sew T-shirt, the "Meridien" model. It's made of sturdy Basque fabric, and the red is a subdued color. It has been used, but there are no particularly noticeable stains or damage. The size is S, but I usually wear M, so please refer to the actual measurements.
