McDonald's Happy Set Pokemon First Edition [Pikachu's Tail Wag Dash] This is a hand-operated toy modeled after a three-dimensional Pikachu. It has rollers, and the tail moves back and forth as it moves forward. Pokemon Second Edition [Mega Charizard X's Twirling Spinner] Attach the Mega Charizard X parts to the base and spin it by hand like a top. You can also remove the parts from the base and enjoy playing with them. I opened them for the photos, but I haven't touched them otherwise.
