I purchased this item new and have stored it at home, covered in a plastic bag, without use. The original casters were also replaced upon purchase and are unused. There may be minor scratches from the replacement process. Please understand that it was not stored in a cardboard box. The casters are from another cooler box and have been used once (consider them a bonus). They are silent casters that have been lubricated at the bearing and then swapped onto the SPA-ZA BASIS. Unlike the original casters, these have bearings, allowing for smooth rotation, and the tires are rubber, making them much quieter and easier to move around than the originals. Included accessories are the tray, instruction manual, and original casters. i-CE 50 hours, internal dimensions 60cm. With a vacuum panel on the bottom, it minimizes the effects of ground heat, making it suitable for both outdoor activities and fishing. With a capacity of 35L and internal dimensions of 60cm, it should be useful for future boat fishing for hairtail.
