I decoupaged a paper napkin onto a string storage case with a cutter. The case keeps the string from getting tangled. It has a cutter for easy cutting ✿ ◎ To use the cutter, lift it up. There's a notch. Pull out the amount of string you need, then hook the end of the string onto the notch before cutting with the cutter.
