I have confirmed that it works on my 3DS. In addition to what is shown in the photos, there is a paper with a download code, but I don't think it's possible to download anything anymore. I plan to wrap it in bubble wrap and ship it via Yu Packet Post Mini. There are no noticeable stains, but it is a used item, so there is a certain degree of wear and tear. Please consider this before purchasing.
