You can warm your shoulders and shoulders, eyes and neck, or stomach and lower back simultaneously. A seam is sewn in the center to prevent the adzuki beans inside from shifting. A cover is not included. Please adjust the heat with a handkerchief or similar item you have. Heat in a 600W microwave for about 90 seconds before use. The warmth lasts for about 20 minutes.
