I purchased a refurbished item in March 2018. In January 2024, I had the battery replaced by an authorized service provider. At that time, the keyboard was also replaced with a new one. In September 2025, the screen suddenly stopped displaying, and after a diagnosis by an authorized service provider, it was determined that the screen needed to be replaced, but repair was impossible due to lack of parts. While connected to a TV screen for initialization, it stopped working. There is an audio response when connected to the power cable. I have signed out and turned off the "Find My" feature. I will sell this to someone who wants it for parts or to repair themselves. I mainly used it at home for image editing and online meetings. I believe the exterior is in good condition.
