Panasonic S-VHS Hi-Fi Video NV-FS900 with Remote Control (Defective) The NV-FS900, a masterpiece of the bubble era, made by Matsushita. This is the highest-end three-digit deck in the FS series, synonymous with masterpieces. The gold-plated audio terminals on the back are arranged in two vertical rows, a characteristic of the bubble era. Opening the front panel reveals a row of operation buttons and switches. It's very luxurious. The tradition of Matsushita machines at the time, "all operations can be performed even without a remote control," is maintained. As the name "masterpiece of craftsmanship" suggests, the overall construction is very elaborate, with the vibration-proof, unusually thick top cover, bottom plate, and insulators still intact. Looking at this sense of weight and the meticulously crafted interior, one is reminded of the glorious era of mass production during the bubble period.
