This is an older version of Edward. It comes with two troublesome trucks. It has been tested on flat and sloped tracks and its operation has been confirmed. It runs as a four-car train and was able to climb the sloped track. As shown in the 9th image, there was rust on the terminals in the battery compartment. Perhaps because of this, it ran fine with regular AA batteries (left side of the 10th image), but it did not run with batteries in a cover that converts AAA batteries to AA batteries (right side of the 10th image). It is likely because the contact point between the battery and the terminal is slightly misaligned and touches the rusted area. Currently, it runs fine with AA batteries, but there is a possibility that the rust may spread, so please consider it a "訳あり品" (item with a defect) just in case. As it is an old item, the motor may have deteriorated with age, so its performance may differ from when it was new. The rubber tires have been replaced with new ones. The item has been thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant wipes before listing. It is a beautiful item in good condition, but as it is a used item, please understand that there may be minor scratches and scuffs. [Packaging] It will be shipped via Yu-Packet Post. Due to thickness limitations, it will be simply packaged in a plastic bag for waterproofing and then placed in an envelope for postal delivery.
