This item was purchased at a Tibetan Buddhist supply shop in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. "Lungta" refers to the image of a horse (wind horse) often printed on Buddhist prayer flags. The square, thin paper with the wind horse image printed on it is also called a Lungta. In Tibet, they are scattered while shouting "La Gyalo" (Glory to the gods) at stupas, mountain passes, sacred places, and festivals. This Lungta set has four colors and about 100 sheets. Please note that it is not made of dissolving paper, so use with caution in Japan.
