This is a "Doko Demo Issho" (Together Anywhere) waterproof clock, designed to be hung or placed. This listing is for the clock itself only. The clock's diameter is approximately 18cm. The dial featuring Toro and the white cat is very soothing. "Doko Demo Issho" waterproof clocks are rare and I think this is quite unusual. Although it's a waterproof clock, I didn't use it in the kitchen or bathroom, but displayed it in a regular room. As you can see in the photos, unfortunately, it has discolored from the sun.
