Purchased in April 2019. Used by two children, born in 2019 and 2024. The tires are dirty as shown in the photos, but the rest is relatively clean. Since it's been 6 years, I've marked it as "Slightly scratched or dirty." Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as this is based on a layman's eye.
