Local pickup only, in the vicinity of Minami-ku, Yokohama. This is an Alsace Christmas tree purchased from Rakuten in 2021. The item for sale is the 2021 version, but the photos in the third and fourth images are from the 2024 version. It was used for a total of about 6 weeks over three seasons: 2021, 2022, and 2023. It was too large for my home, so I am selling it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about it being a used item. Only the tree itself is for sale; the string lights in the first photo are not included. The original box has been discarded, so it is not included. It will be handed over in a simple bag.
