These are leather shoes from Oriental Traffic that I bought a few years ago! They are size 40, which is a 25cm. I myself am a 25cm and they fit without any problems. However, they feel a bit tight when I wear thick socks. I bought them but I've only worn them about 2 or 3 times, and the soles are still in great condition! I'm selling them because I probably won't wear them anymore! There are no noticeable scratches or stains. They have a brown, snake-skin-like pattern with a rough, textured surface that gives them a three-dimensional look.
