Purchased last year and worn a few times. There is one stain (photo 3), but I believe it is in good condition. The name tag was written on, so that part has been cut off. Please be aware of this in advance. It's a packable type that folds up small for easy carrying. (^^) It does not have a hood. Also, the storage pocket for folding seems to be able to hold ice packs [I have never used it]. *This is a used item that was actually worn by a child, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
