I have a cat, and my love for cats is so strong that I wanted a cat-patterned obi, so I searched online and bought this one. The base color is a very light, perhaps light blue, but it's difficult to describe the color in Japanese traditional clothing terms and with photos. The obi fabric is soft and easy to handle. I've worn it about twice. For reference, I've included a photo of the front of the obi. If you like, I'd be happy for you to use the cat-patterned han-eri (collar) fabric as well. The fabric is cotton. I've only used the fabric in the ninth photo once. I hope someone who sees this and feels a connection will be happy.
