I've been using this for about two months. All parts are removable and washable. The head angle can be adjusted to help prevent spit-up. Includes instruction manual and storage bag. No box. A spare fitted sheet (original price 2,480 yen) is also included. I used a cover during use and have cleaned it at home. I don't see any particular stains, but since it was used daily, please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about its condition.
