This Oshima visiting kimono features a chaya-tsuji pattern with a beautiful and chic color scheme of gray gradations and blue and purple. With Oshima's characteristic crisp, lightweight feel and sharp silhouette, and its water-resistant properties that make it less susceptible to rain, it's a favorite紬 of both my mother and me, and we own many of them. As a visiting kimono, it seems versatile enough to wear to casual weddings, meals, alumni gatherings, theater performances, and large tea ceremonies. The kimono has been cared for and stored in a paulownia chest, and I believe there are no noticeable stains, but there may be some oversight. Fully lined Su-gayaka processed I am 160cm tall, weigh 50kg, and wear a size 9. This kimono is not my exact size.
