I purchased this at a vintage clothing store that mainly carries European vintage items. I believe the material of the fabric is cotton. The tag has been cut off, but the washing instructions are in Japanese, so it might be a vintage item from a manufacturer like Zara. It features black fabric with beige dots, pale pink lace, and dark pink stitching and ribbons as accents. The fabric has a vintage feel, slightly faded, and shows signs of wear, but it's such a cute camisole that I can't bear to throw it away... I'm offering it at a low price, and I hope someone who appreciates vintage clothing will wear it.
