This is a tulle balloon skirt from Tocca. Size 120. The waist is elastic (see photo 5). The hem is balloon-shaped, and it's super cute (see photo 3). I've only worn it a few times when going out, so I think it's in good condition. It can be worn with a T-shirt or with a turtleneck and tights, so I think it's very versatile. Please note that this is a used item worn by a child, so please refrain from purchasing if you are very particular about condition.
