This is a Disney Resort limited edition Monsters, Inc. train set. The second car features Mike saying various phrases. The third car has the monsters inside shaking slightly. The train set has been tested and is in working order, with sound effects. There is some evidence of use and some paint chipping, but there are no major scratches or stains.
