This is a mini pet heater and a mini thermostat. I used them regularly, but they have been stored in a storage room for about half a year. They are used items, so there may be some scratches and dirt, but I think they are relatively clean (in my subjective opinion). When I bought them, they were 100V 20W, but I may have changed the bulb to 30W when I replaced it. I don't remember how long I used it after replacing the bulb, so you might want to buy a spare bulb. Please purchase only if you understand this.
